Pursuant to the governing documents of the Pines West Homeowners Association, Inc. and Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Membership. The purpose of this meeting is to elect TWO (2) Directors to serve on the Board of Directors for Pines West Homeowners Association, Inc. and to conduct any business that may be lawfully presented to the Membership. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please complete and return the enclosed Notice of Intent form to be received no later than October 12, 2021. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
If you are unable to attend this meeting it is very important for you to complete and return your proxy. A pre-addressed, return envelope is enclosed for your convenience. A quorum at Membership meetings shall consist of thirty percent (30%) or 73 Units of the total voting interest in the Association, whether represented in person or by proxy. A quorum of the Membership must be established for Association business to be conducted. Due to COVID-19 all members attending the meeting are asked to wear masks. In order to conform with social distancing guidelines, please consider limiting attendance to one (1) person from each household. The Board of Directors Organizational Meeting will be held immediately following the adjournment of the Annual Meeting.

Flash Mob Dance - Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 1PM
Calling All Pines West Homeowners,
We will be doing a neighborhood Flash mob dance drive by for our neighborhood. Song is "Whitney Houston" "I wanna dance with somebody".
Get your family together at your house and make a 1 minute dance that you can show off at the end of your driveway. We will be driving by everyone's house slowly videoing everyone that is dancing and enjoying the day. Watch your neighbors do cool and fun stuff too.
We will be playing music out of our truck that you can do your dance too.

Sunday April 26th at 1pm..... We will be starting at the top at the entrance and going down every street in Pines West. We may not get to the bottom area for a bit, but we will be down your street
Please let us know who's house we need to drive by with your favorite dancers.
