Pursuant to the governing documents of the Pines West Homeowners Association, Inc. and Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Membership. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) Director to serve on the Board of Directors for Pines West Homeowners Association, Inc. and to conduct any business that may be lawfully presented to the Membership. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please complete and return the enclosed Notice of Intent form to be received no later than March 26, 2021. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
If you are unable to attend this meeting it is very important for you to complete and return your proxy. A pre-addressed, return envelope is enclosed for your convenience. A quorum at Membership meetings shall consist of thirty percent (30%) or 73 Units of the total voting interest in the Association, whether represented in person or by proxy. A quorum of the Membership must be established for Association business to be conducted. Due to COVID-19 all members attending the meeting are asked to wear masks. In order to conform with social distancing guidelines, please consider limiting attendance to one (1) person from each household.
