Police Patrols in Pines West

Dear Pines West Homeowners,

In an effort to increase safety and security for all drivers and pedestrians in our community the board put together and delivered a parking guideline flyer to all homes back in early May of 2020. The flyer can be found by clicking here.

To continue this effort and demonstrate the boards commitment to owners safety and security we have requested that the Polk County sheriff department provide random patrols to our community. These patrols have now began and the board has received confirmation that traffic violations and tickets have been Issued.

We want all homeowners and residents to be aware of these visits by the Police who will focus on illegal parking on the sidewalk, drivers not stopping at stop signs and any other violations they may observe.
