REMINDER OF DEED RESTRICTIONS

Choosing to live in a Deed Restricted Community such as Pines West requires owners and residents to abide by the Bylaws and Restrictions of this neighborhood in order to maintain the values of all our properties.

ALL modifications and changes to the exterior of your home and yard require submitting an application to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) via the Management Company. No work should commence until written ARB approval has been received, or a violation and a fine will be issued until the matter is resolved. This could result in additional expense to the homeowner.

Driveways and sidewalks should be kept free of stains and mold by regular pressure washing or by using a Tuff Coat Concrete Stain in one of the ARB approved colors. Houses and sidings should be kept free of stains and mold by regular pressure washing also.

Garbage cans need to be stored either in the garage or on the side of the home, within an enclosure, so as not to be visible from the street.
