Best Yard Notice

To Pines West Residents

The Board of Directors, together with the ARB Committee, have decided to initiate a “Best Yard” award for the community.

Starting in December, the house voted to have the best holiday decorated yard will receive a $20 Lowe’s Gift Card and be invited to display the “Pines West HOA BEST YARD” sign on their lawn for one month.

Then, in 2021, the awards will be made for homes with the best kept yards. Judging will be by the BOD and the ARB.
